My dentist referred me here to have a tooth extracted. The lady that helped me at the desk was very kind. Dr. Karpovck is very capable and did a good job. Having a tooth pulled is not fun but they helped me to be calm and took excellent care of me.

But I love this team They genuinely care about you and the pain you’re in or what you need to have done. I had four teeth pulled no real problems and I have to have another one pulled and I’m comfortable with it.

Unfortunately I never had my wisdom teeth removed which can be a real problem as a senior citizen. One became infected and decayed and required immediate attention. Dr. Karpovck explained all of the nerve issues and complications. He and staff were professional and efficient. In addition, a follow up appointment was necessary. Dr K made it painless and resolved all problems. I can only highly recommend his services.

“First I want to thank Dr Karpovck and his staff for everything they do”. I needed a procedure done by a Oral Surgeon and that’s when I had the pleasure on meeting Dr Karpovck and his staff. First I would like to say that I’m always uncomfortable when I’m in a Dr office, but I must say from the day of my consultation visit to the procedure day I was treated very friendly and with respect which made feel even more comfortable . My consultation with Dr Karpovck was great as he showed his sense of humor which made me more relaxed and comfortable , he also showed to be very knowledgeable when discussing my medical procedure. My husband had two extractions performed by Dr. Karpovck and cannot stop talking about how great his experience with this office has been. The doctor and staff are both professional and personable and ensured that my husband was comfortable during and after treatment. During my husband’s procedure, as my son and I waited in the comfortable waiting room, the staff would periodically check in on us to see if we needed anything. We felt more like family than customers/patients.

Dr. Karpovck and staff are great! Lori has gone out of her way to make sure my insurance was going to pay their part of my treatments. I needed to have a tooth pulled and knew I would need an implant. I have the tooth removed in September, and they waited until January so my insurance would cover it. I am in the process of having 2 implants the Dr. Karpovck has explained each and every step a long the way. I highly recommend this office.

I am surprised at some of the negative reviews here. We had a very positive experience at New Frontier. The doctor and the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. They were able to get my husband in the next day after his afternoon call. They communicated with us clearly about what to expect. And, while we were there, they took care of both of us. They not only cared for my husband, they checked on me to make certain I was comfortable and in the loop on the progress. Went in a couple months ago as my wisdoms were crushing my bottom molars and causing the nerves to be exposed. Explained the issue and went in next day. Great office, loved the Western decor having lived in NM myself. Doctor is very professional and skilled as they had me under and done in about 20-30 minutes. This was a great experience as I've had a terrible time at nearly every practice. I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done quickly and well.

Wisdom tooth removal: My husband needed to get a wisdom tooth removed. I’ve read some reviews, and our experience with Dr. K and Lori was quite the opposite of some. They were kind, informative, and welcoming. They were concerned about his pain. Which brings me to the fact that if we would’ve gone elsewhere, my husband would have been in extreme pain for over a month and a half before getting his issue resolved as everywhere else was booked out. Believe me I called over 20 offices in central FL. I called the Frontier office, and they had us in next day with the consultation and surgery. If you’re in pain as most people looking for an oral surgeon are, I would tell you to overlook the negative comments about the staff being rude (which again was not my experience) and get your tooth pain resolved. As for the financial side of it: I will update as we are using insurance and the claim needs to be submitted. There was a $100 consultation fee/COVID- which again if you’re in pain, it’s so worth it. PLUS THEY GET YOU IN NEXT DAY... Look at it as gratuity lol. As well as the fee for the anesthesia. That was pricey, but a quick Google search would show you that it’s standard. I started off seeing Dr. K at Greenburg dental and due to Covid my appointment was cancelled nevertheless I found him at his own office and had to have 3 teeth extracted I was very nervous. His nurse and him explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable and safe. The procedure went smoothly and I felt like he listened to me and did my extractions well. I appreciate being seen promptly and being out of pain!

I was extremely nervous to have my wisdom tooth out. I came in the office scared and already upset, but after talking with Dr. K and his nurse I felt instantly at ease. I was only at the office a total of 2 hours and they have called to check on me multiple times since I was sent home. Today is the day after my tooth extraction and I have very little swelling, no bruising and didn't even need a pain pill. I would recommend Dr. K to anyone, especially if you are nervous or scared of any oral procedure.

Today was the best dental experience I have ever had! A few years ago I went through a traumatic dental procedure that has kept me away from seeking dental care for a long time. Unfortunately this has resulted in a desperately needed extraction. I was so fearful but from the first phone call to the end of my consultation, the staff at New Frontier took excellent care of me. The office is decorated with beautiful old west antiques and is so clean and soothing. The Doctor and his staff treated me with extreme kindness and I felt so taken care of that ease that I am actually, genuinely looking forward to my extraction in the morning. Being an ill woman for most of my life, my teeth have always been a source of great pain. Dr. K responded quickly, I was evaluated right away & within a few days I was in first thing & had the 5 painful & sickly teeth removed! Fantastic. A lifetime of pain - gone. Excellent care, complete and thorough answers & my husband was included all the way. General anesthesia is the way to go! My overall health is improving greatly. I have discomfort, but it's very manageable. Office is interesting, but decor is not a big deal to me. I enjoyed being Dr. K's patient & I will go back if I find I ever require more removals, etc. (BTW..most insurance plans for dental work are just a discount plans. Check with your insurance FIRST.) Thanks for solving this long term problem for me, I feel so much better already!

Really neat place that doesnt feel like a dentist. They evaluate your needs with you, but dont pressure you in a decision either way. I had a very good experience. They told me up front what the charges were and the options i had using my out of network insurance and submitting a claim.

Commenting on Noah Drapers Comment This client Has not been a patient at this office. A phone conversation and health history to possibly schedule was provided. This parent had not understood the Florida Laws and Rules for surgery or the OSHA guidelines for surgical treatment for her child, as explained to her, and did not want to comply. She took this as insensitive information. She is welcome to look up the guidelines with the state of Florida. We are very careful to follow and comply with guidelines to protect our patients. Our staff strives to provide personalized care and close monitoring in each situation. We hope she is able to find the treatment her child desires. As a patient at New Frontier Oral surgery I can only say it was a pleasant and stress free visit. Having teeth removed can be frightful . I was very comfortable with the staff and Dr. K . I never felt anything during my surgery . I was very impressed when the surgical assistant when she called me that evening to check on me. I highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

I am so thankful for New Frontier!! My husband was in so much pain from impacted wisdom teeth. I called dentists and oral surgeons for 2 days begging them to get him in to have them removed. He was living outside of his mind in pain. We went to the ER because it was so bad bad that we thought it was something else other than his teeth. It wasn't.. No one would help. Finally I called Dr Hughes and they were booked but they gave me New Frontiers number and said try them. I called and they were so nice and said we will see you today and perform the surgery. We rushed over and they were amazing. More people should know that when you need immediate help that they are there for you. If you've ever had teeth pain you know you can't wait 3 weeks and no other dentist or oral surgeon cared at all. Thank you New Frontier!!!

Most places make you come in for a consultation first and put you off for 3-4 and sometimes 5 weeks, even if you are in lots of pain....... But that isn't the way it has to be!! Dr. Karpovck will see you for an Extensive Oral evaluation and IN MOST CASES, perform your surgery the Same Day as consultation!!! ( Now, if you are that one patient that has ALOT of medical problems, he may have to consult with your MD and schedule surgery for another day....) My family, self included, have been patients of Dr. Karpovcks and when friends need an Oral Surgeon, his number is the one that we give them! He does take some insurance plans, and he takes Care Credit, Big Help! From The moment you sit in the chair for your consultation, everything is explained to you. Nothing is left out. Understandably, some people just have a white coat syndrome and they will not get past that, but Dr. Karpovck and his staff take all medical history, prescription history, and white coat syndrome fear into consideration and live up to their slogan, "Where your Comfort is Our Goal" we all know that in an office setting, people can only be "put under" just so deep..... So there may be that one patient out of 100, that leave the office telling people that "I heard everything they said"!... That's unfortunate, but it is, once again, an office setting and not a hospital O. R. So, Dr. Karpovck isn't going to take a chance with a patients life by "Over Sedating" just because a patient "hears everything" ...... Today's internet and ease of saying whatever a person wants about anyone or any professional, good or bad, isn't always fair.... But please take this post from a previous patient....... Dr. Karpovck and his very qualified staff take the best care of every patient that walks in and out of their door! It's a little half hour drive, but it's easier than being put off for 3, 4 and 5 weeks...... Give the office a call. You won't be disappointed!

First of all, let me state that I read the other two reviews posted and completely believe that you cannot believe everything you read. My experience with Frontier Oral Surgery was the absolute opposite. I went to Frontier seeking a second opinion on a complicated wisdom teeth removal. I was scared and did not completely understand the complexity of the surgery I needed. The team at Frontier was fabulous. They received my X-rays and reviewed them the same day. I was called the same day and Lori explained each area that needed addressing and why. She told me the need for IV sedation (the other dentist was not going to put me under) because of a large cyst that needed biopsy and the proximity of the tooth and cyst to a nerve. This was a Friday afternoon. I was scheduled for surgery with Frontier Monday morning. My needed prescriptions were immediately called in. I met with Dr. Karpovck and Lori early Monday morning where I was made to feel welcome and safe. The entire procedure was explained to me prior to starting. I was made comfortable and the next thing I knew, I was in recovery. I was given very detailed instructions for care and an after hours phone number for support, if needed. I even received a call at home a day later to check on me. My care felt very personal and I would highly recommend this team to anyone!
